Not sure. I've heard of places in the BDSM scene, in which people voluntarily or in cages or handcuffed to beat .... and pay for this service ... and completely legal from the, what I heard. Only wonder whether this extreme version of legal.

It's so long as the private not legal. The law has no effect on the taste and sense.
You can certainly find someone to do it for free. Go to any biker bar and stools at the seat of a bicycle. They have come a little too close to double win!
