High Interest Cd Accounts Where Can I Get A High-interest Bank Account Without Having To Put It In A CD?

Where can I get a high-interest bank account without having to put it in a CD? - high interest cd accounts

Title says it all.

Any interest I have now is incredibly small. But I have $ 25,000 in my bank account. I know it's not a ton, but you should get a good interest. I am not.

What is the highest interest rate you can get without a lock on a CD?

You can comfortably with 4-5% for online accounts such as Vangaurd. Furthermore, many banks, money market accounts online. This money is liquid and will give a rate similar to that of CDs. The only drawback is that there is usually a fee for access to money through an ATM or branch. But you can transfer to your current or savings account online with the same institution and to avoid paying the fee.

I hope that helps. If you are in the time between the mountains of the West, Zions Bank does not know. I have no experience with others. To meet needs at least 2.5% or more in a money market account at a bank or credit union.

If you are insured a savings account at a bank money market. It's only money market funds are not insured.

Go to www.bankrate.com to find, has the highest rate in your area. In general, Internet banking, offered by higher interest rates. HSBC and ING Direct offers a very good price.
